10. Mold adjustment: mold device. Mold and clamping block are required to be in the middle.The booster block is in the middle of the mold, and the booster block is adjustable;Center the core head and the mold, loosen the bolt of the core head frame, adjust it to the middle and then tighten the bolt.
11. It is necessary to disconnect the power supply during cleaning and maintenance.

Preparation before starting: check whether the oil level of the oil tank is to the oil level line, add oil at each smooth point of the cold-push elbow machine, acknowledge the motor turning when starting, check whether there is abnormal sound of the oil pump, and check whether there is oil leakage appearance of the hydraulic system after starting (the view encoder is not allowed to add oil);
13. Pressure adjustment: adjust the pressure with the electromagnetic overflow valve, and ensure that the system pressure reaches the required operating pressure, usually no higher than 12.5mpa.
